If you’re someone who likes to see the structure before committing, you’re in the right place.
Below you’ll find a general outline of the 12-week arc, along with answers to common questions about ceremony, participation, and logistics.
This container is designed to be steady, relational, and sustainable.
You don’t need to perform here.
You don’t need to be perfectly regulated.
You don’t need to “do it right.”
You’re invited to show up as you are.
Weekly Arc Overview
Each week builds on the last. The work unfolds gradually, allowing insight to become lived experience.
Weeks 1–2: Awareness & Safety
We begin by establishing relational safety and identifying the patterns that have shaped how you show up — over-giving, over-functioning, and self-abandonment.
You’ll start noticing your patterns without shame.
Weeks 3–4: Boundaries & Self-Trust
We explore what it means to honor your internal signals.
Boundaries are approached as acts of self-trust, not confrontation.
You’ll begin experimenting with small, grounded shifts.
Weeks 5–6: Guilt, Fear & Inner Belonging
We work with the emotions that surface when you stop over-functioning.
Rather than pushing through guilt or fear, you’ll learn to stay present with them.
The midpoint gathering deepens integration through ceremony and embodied practice.
Weeks 7–9: Relational Patterns & Honest Communication
We examine how these patterns show up in parenting and partnership.
You’ll practice staying connected to yourself during tension, conflict, and stress.
Progress looks like awareness and steadiness — not perfection.
Weeks 10–12: Integration & Identity
The final weeks focus on stabilizing change.
We reinforce what it means to live from grounded, self-trusting wholeness.
The closing gathering honors the work and supports continuation beyond the container.
What Does a Typical Session Look Like?
Each weekly session follows a steady rhythm.
We begin with grounding and arrival — a moment to settle your body and transition out of the pace of daily life.
From there, we move into guided reflection, coaching, or facilitated inquiry around the week’s theme. Sometimes this includes small-group dialogue or whole-group process. Sometimes it includes somatic or embodied practices.
You are never required to share beyond what feels true.
This container is built on confidentiality, consent, and mutual respect. What is shared in the space stays in the space.
We close each session with integration — identifying one small, grounded way to carry the work into your real life.
There is no homework in the traditional sense.
There is practice. And practice looks different for everyone.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be a parent to join?
No.
While many participants are parents, this program is for anyone who identifies as a parent, caregiver, helper, or chronic over-functioner.
If you’re someone who:
- Tends to carry more than your share
- Feels responsible for how everyone else is doing
- Struggles to rest without guilt
- Defaults to being the steady one
You’ll likely recognize yourself in this work.
The patterns we address — over-giving, self-abandonment, tying worth to responsibility — are not exclusive to parenthood. Parenthood often exposes them, but they can show up in friendships, partnerships, leadership roles, and caregiving of any kind.
If you’re unsure whether this space is right for you, a Discernment Call is the best next step.
What is the time commitment?
Break Free & Thrive is a 12-week live program.
We meet weekly on Sundays* from 10:00–11:30am PT, September 13th – December 13th, 2026.
We have two integration weeks where there are no sessions (October 25th and November 29th).
In addition to weekly online sessions, there are three in-person gatherings in Woodinville, WA (10:00am–1:00pm) — (September 27th, November 8th, December 13th)
Outside of our live sessions, you can expect light integration practices between meetings. These are designed to fit into real life — not overwhelm it.
Most participants set aside 20–45 minutes per week for reflection and inquiry. Practice is ongoing. Because the work unfolds in real time, the practice naturally continues between sessions – in conversations, decisions, and daily moments.
If you miss a live online session, recordings are available.
In-person gatherings are not recorded.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a live coaching container.
We work with present patterns and lived experiences in real time, but this space is not therapy and does not replace clinical support. If you are currently in therapy, this work can complement it.
What if I don’t want to participate in cacao or breathwork?
Participation in ceremonial practices is always invitational.
You are in charge of your body and your level of engagement. Alternatives are offered, and you’re welcome to participate in ways that feel aligned and safe for you.
What if I miss a session?
Presence matters in this container — both for you and for the group.
Online sessions are recorded and available within 24 hours.
In-person gatherings are not recorded. If you miss one, you’ll receive any shared materials, though the live experience itself cannot be replicated.
Is sharing required?
You choose your level of participation.
This space is built on confidentiality, consent, and respect. You are not required to share beyond what feels true. Depth unfolds over time, and participation looks different for everyone.
What if I’m already feeling overwhelmed?
You do not need to be fully regulated or “in a good place” to join.
This container is designed to meet you where you are. What matters most is your commitment to showing up consistently and engaging honestly — not having it all together.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plan options are available at checkout.
Extended payment plans may be accommodated. A call is required to check eligibility. You can book a Clarity and Connection Call HERE.
What if I realize this isn’t the right fit?
Because this is a small, relational container, enrollment is intentional. If you’re unsure, I encourage booking a Clarity and Connection Call before enrolling.

Meet Your Guide

EarthSong Long helps parents stop passing down survival mode as a family heirloom and start building a legacy of grounded, relational thriving instead.
She works with high-capacity, responsible parents, caregivers, and high-achievers who are done living with quiet resentment and ready to stop over-functioning as their default.
Her work begins at the root:
the relationship you have with yourself.
Before better communication.
Before boundaries with partners.
Before boundaries with children.
Before fixing anyone else.
Because when your internal foundation shifts, everything else follows.
She helps parents set boundaries with themselves first — rebuilding internal safety, steadiness, and self-trust from the inside out.
EarthSong is a Certified Mastery Method Coach with a background in Exercise Science and Wellness. Her approach is trauma-aware, body-informed, and grounded in nervous system regulation.
She integrates structured coaching, somatic practice, and ceremonial work to create identity-level shifts that are not just understood — but lived.
This work is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about no longer abandoning yourself.
She believes the greatest gift we offer our children, and the world, is not perfection —
but a parent willing to live honestly, take responsibility for their patterns, and lead from wholeness instead of survival.
