For high-capacity parents and caregivers who are done holding everything together and are ready to shift how they live from the inside out.
A 12-week small group to help you:
• Feel calm instead of reactive
• Feel connected instead of resentful
• Feel grounded instead of spiraling
• Feel like yourself again
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about shifting how you live from the inside out.
Live Group Program • Begins March 8
Hybrid group coaching that includes 3 in-person gatherings and 9 online sessions.
A brief call to check your readiness and alignment with this program.
Is this you?
You are reliable. Capable. High-functioning.
You show up.
You’re the one others count on.
The one who figures things out.
The one who carries a lot – often without asking for help.
And underneath that competence, there’s a quiet exhaustion.
A resentment you don’t always say out loud.
Not because you’re failing,
but because you’ve been carrying too much for too long.
Somewhere along the way, you learned that being valued meant putting yourself last.
So you handle it.
You adjust.
You absorb.
You push through.
Maybe you recognize this pattern:
Over-giving.
Over-functioning.
Feeling valuable when you’re needed – and uneasy when you’re not.
You look strong on the outside.
Inside, you spiral.
You’ve built an identity around being the strong one, and it’s getting heavy.
What would it feel like to live differently?
This is where Break Free & Thrive comes in.
Not as a quick reset.
Not as another mindset strategy.
But as a structured 12-week small group designed to help you shift how you live from the inside out.
In this work, we don’t just talk about patterns.
We interrupt them.
In real time.
In your actual life.
This is an identity shift built to last.
What This Actually Looks Like
Over 12 weeks, you’ll meet weekly in a small group (up to 10 people).
Each session combines:
• Real-time coaching
• Nervous system regulation practices
• Pattern interruption
• Practical application to your actual life
This isn’t theory. This is aligned action.
You’ll bring real situations and leave with new responses you can use immediately.
Program Structure
This program is designed to fit into real life – not override it.
12-Week Live Small Group
March 8 – June 7, 2026
Sundays, 10:00–11:30am PT
(No sessions April 5 & May 17)
In-person Gatherings: 10:00am – 1:00pm
March 15 • April 27 • June 7
Group size intentionally limited to 10.
Online sessions are recorded.
In-person gatherings are not.
In-Person Gatherings: Integration in the Body
Three in-person sessions anchor the arc of this program.
These gatherings are designed to:
• Slow the nervous system
• Deepen integration
• Strengthen connection — without performance
We use structured ceremonial practices to support regulation and embodiment.
This may include:
– Cacao ceremony
– Guided breathwork
– Drumming journeys
– Somatic integration practices
No experience required.
Participation is always invitational.
These gatherings are not about catharsis or peak experiences.
They are about becoming steady in yourself. Learning without integration just becomes more burnout.

Investment

The work is steady.

Couples Participation Option – More information
This option is for couples who want to enter the Break Free & Thrive Program together, while each partner does their own individual work within the group.
- Both partners:
- participate fully in the group program
- engage with the material from their own lived experience
- are responsible for their own patterns, nervous system, and self-worth work
The relationship is not the focus of the group sessions – and that is intentional.
To support integration at the relational level, the Couples Option also includes two private couples sessions during the container.
- These sessions are designed to:
- support shared language and awareness
- reflect patterns that show up between you
- integrate individual growth into how you relate and communicate
This option is not couples therapy and does not replace individual accountability.
It is a way to do parallel personal work, with guided relational support.

If you feel drawn but unsure, you’re invited to book a Discernment Call.
These short conversations are not sales calls and not coaching sessions.
They’re a space to ask questions, reflect out loud, and notice what feels aligned – or not.
If Break Free & THRIVE is a fit, we’ll name that.
If it’s not, we’ll honor that too.

Meet Your Guide

EarthSong Long helps parents stop passing down survival mode as a family heirloom and start building a legacy of grounded, relational thriving instead.
She works with high-capacity, responsible parents, caregivers, and high-achievers who are done living with quiet resentment and ready to stop over-functioning as their default.
Her work begins at the root:
the relationship you have with yourself.
Before better communication.
Before boundaries with partners.
Before boundaries with children.
Before fixing anyone else.
Because when your internal foundation shifts, everything else follows.
She helps parents set boundaries with themselves first — rebuilding internal safety, steadiness, and self-trust from the inside out.
EarthSong is a Certified Mastery Method Coach with a background in Exercise Science and Wellness. Her approach is trauma-aware, body-informed, and grounded in nervous system regulation.
She integrates structured coaching, somatic practice, and ceremonial work to create identity-level shifts that are not just understood — but lived.
This work is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about no longer abandoning yourself.
She believes the greatest gift we offer our children, and the world, is not perfection —
but a parent willing to live honestly, take responsibility for their patterns, and lead from wholeness instead of survival.

“Before Break Free & Thrive, I felt lost and reactive, especially in conversations with my spouse. I didn’t have a clear direction for self-growth and often just moved through the day without much awareness. Over the course of this program, I became calmer, more self-aware, and more intentional. I now pause instead of automatically reacting, and I feel more confident, optimistic, and grounded. I’m showing up with more self-love and connection in my relationships — and that has changed everything.”
-J.M. Mother & Grandmother

“Working with EarthSong is such a powerful experience. She has a rare gift for blending intuition and understanding, meeting you wherever you are while gently guiding you forward. She was able to help me see my vulnerabilities as strengths rather than something to hide. I felt empowered and inspired after working with her. If you’re looking for a coach who will both support and challenge you in the best way, I can’t recommend her enough!”
